The Best Westen Wellington Park Hotel was bought by the Mooney family in 1957. It opened for business as a 6 bedroom property with only one banqueting suite and was the only hotel in South Belfast. The Best Western Wellington Park Hotel underwent major re-development in the mid 60's and then in the late 90's, with the addition of further bedrooms and conference facilities.
Today, The Best Western Wellington Park is an extremely popular hotel amongst conference organisers and city breakers alike, renowned for its state-of-the-art conference and business centre as well as its contemporary Wellie Lounge, elegant Wellie Bar & Grill restaurant and spacious bedrooms.
